The Buttermilk Pancake

There are a few things tweaked in this recipe, and while every pancake recipe out there is a bit tweaked, this is further tweaked from the tweakedness, allotting to a fairly well tweaked recipe.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Rye Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Teaspoon salt

1 Egg
2 tablespoon butter
3/4 - 4/5 cup milk
1/4 - 1/5 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

Extras:
Chopped fruits
Maple syrup or Honey
Butter

Directions:
1. Melt the butter, beat in egg and honey. Whisk together yogurt and milk. Mix both together well.
2. On a separate bowl, add flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
3. Pour the liquid mix into the powder mix, mixing along the way.
4. Heat a skillet, pour 1/3 cup batter on pan and spread a little, flip, plop, and enjoy!
5. For toppings use fruits of your likings. Once pancakes are made, add some whipped butter to the top, use maple syrup of honey as substitute, sprinkle the chopped fruits (I used mango's).

Bon Appetite!

This was probably my best pancake I've made, and it tasted divine!
